‘Know It, Live, It, Give It Away.’

That’s the guiding principle for how Grace Church, Medina East disciples their congregation. And they’ve done especially well at training their church family in how to Give It Away, by sharing the gospel locally while also providing opportunities to share and serve around the world.
The church strives to support international missionaries by sending members from their congregation to provide help and encouragement. They intentionally partner with ministries overseas and currently partner with churches in Mazatlán, Mexico and Trevoux, France.
Specifically in France, God has recently opened the door to partner with a local French church that is faithfully striving to serve their community. Every year, they go with a team to help this church facilitate a week-long English Camp for youth in the community. This camp not only provides childcare to the parents while they’re at work, but it also allows the children to practice speaking English…an appealing factor among French parents!
The team from Grace Church helps by planning and facilitating games, arts and crafts, STEM (Science, Technology, Education, and Math) activities, and more. It seems simple, but their involvement has blessed the French church in many ways:
As life-giving as this has been for the French church, it has been equally as life-giving for Grace Church. It gives their church body opportunities to put their faith into action through giving, serving, loving, and teaching in practical ways. As a result, God is clearly using their willingness and generosity to further His Kingdom.
