You received an email on July 25 that came from our web giving partner, WMTEK, with the sender labeled as “Site Stacker Support.” It may have gone to your spam/junk folder. The email you received was legitimate.
We want to apologize that this email appeared suspicious and caused some to believe they were receiving a spam message. We can confirm that the email is legitimate. Your password to our giving site was changed by WMTEK as a security precaution.
In order to gain access to your giving profile again, simply go HERE to initiate a password reset.
If you would feel more comfortable changing your password through the Encompass website, you can navigate to EncompassWorldPartners.org, click the “My Account” button in the top right corner of the screen, and then choose the “Reset your password” or “Forgot your password?” option.
Enter the email address associated with your giving account, then check your inbox for the message from “Encompass World” (webdonor@encompassword.org). Click the link in that email, and you will be brought to a page where you can enter your new login credentials.
Again, we want to apologize for this inconvenience. Know that you are not alone—we are here to work with you to resolve this issue. Thank you for your support and for your generous partnership with us.
