In many cultures, younger generations are seeking answers and exploring alternatives to their parents’ traditions. If you love Jesus and get excited about connecting with younger generations, Encompass could use your passion! We’re looking for someone who enjoys relating with teens and young adults to share Jesus with them in relevant ways. We need people to start ministries that reach younger generations while training others to reach them. Could you be the answer to our prayer?
