In rural areas and communities where no other medical options are available, these centers offer medical assistance and also provide opportunities to share Christ while administering care. We plan to construct four centers in Chad in the next four years. Costs are high as it is in a land-locked country and the ministry will be in remote areas.
The church needs qualified pastors and teachers, and the Seminary and four Bible Institutes provide that training, but students often need to support their families while studying. Through this project, those in North America or Europe can commit to pray and financially support a student and their family during their years of study. These funds help cover the regular costs of salaries, books, supplies, and nutrition for students.
Care for the needs of the widows who personally sacrifice to care for their group of orphans. Please help to purchase seeds, farming implements, and HIV anti-retro viral drugs for theses widow care providers who give so much.
In central Africa, if a close family member dies the culture requires that the brother receive the children who are left behind. In a place where it is difficult for many families to nourish and pay school fees for their own children, it is nearly impossible to also provide for adopted orphans. Many orphans simply are not able to go to school.
To meet this need, Encompass creates partnerships between churches or individuals in North America/Europe and local churches in the CAR, to provide three years of foundational schooling for orphan children within the church and surrounding village. North American/European partners provide funding for school supplies, teacher salaries, and one meal per school day.
Pastor Mboi Andre leads a church planting team to mobilize people to evangelize and start Grace Brethren churches among unreached peoples. Support national evangelists as they boldly spread the Gospel to the unreached in a hostile land.
CIDEL (Center International for Development of Ethical Leadership) was founded in 2005 to help central African leaders in the church, education, and government build their minds, hearts, and character. To date, over 700 students have been trained. The dream of founder, Dr. Augustin Hibaile, is to see leaders in his country adopt ethics based on biblical principles, to lead their families, their workplaces, their churches, and their country in partnership with God, and to be an example to neighboring countries.
This project will help Dr. Hibaile with the cost of four training workshops.
