This program provides government training for teachers currently serving in church-operated local Christian schools. Upon receiving their degrees, trainees return to their villages and are often presented with opportunities for evangelism and discipleship with their students. We want to support the training of 30 teachers during six years.
As the capital of Cameroon, Yaoundé’s population of 2.5 million makes it the second largest city and a center for civil and diplomatic services. The work of Encompass Global Workers together with the growth of the church in Central Africa has created the need to train more leaders for existing churches and future church-planting. The Encompass team is being invited to help teach and train emerging leaders to help support the work of the church. Serving with national leaders and the Encompass team you’ll have the opportunity to be the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus.
The Center is a theological seminary with student dormitories. It provides training for pastors and evangelists. The seminary building has been completed, but additional dormitories need to be built.

The Schools of Evangelism in Chad train evangelists, church leaders, and pastors by providing foundational knowledge and experience in evangelism and church planting. Learning, living and applying instructions together is foundational to the program.
Men coming from Chad, Nigeria, Cameroon and CAR attend up to eight weeks of intensive training, followed by 10 months of evangelistic work in the participants’ various regions. They are required to actively plant churches between sessions.
Since 2012 there have been two regional schools in Chad, one in the east and one in the west. Over 80 men are trained annually in this four-year program.

This scholarship will be used to facilitate the training of national pastors. The project is in partnership with the FGBC in Chad. It includes financial help for Students and Professors where it is most needed (books, teaching material, buildings, computers, etc).
Chadian evangelists work in five different regions among least-reached people groups in Chad and also in Sudan and Nigeria. In partnership with the Charis Alliance in Chad, our goal is to support 20 evangelists in their ministry and travel expenses.
Risking their very lives, passionate Chadian evangelists are riding bikes hundreds of miles to share the Gospel in hostile lands. Help enable the purchase of more bicycles for these African missionaries, students, and evangelists. They are ready to go; will you help send them?
