How fulfilling would it be to spend your time equipping pastors to navigate the complexities of caring for people? If you have experience shepherding people and want to help other pastors lead their churches, the global Charis Alliance could use your skill set. For instance, three out of four churches in Africa don’t have their own, trained pastor, and many others around the world are growing without enough pastors. There’s an increasing need for people like you to make a part-time or full-time investment in training pastors.
