One morning, Pastor Jeu, a ministry partner of Wayne and Ellen Patton, was walking along a beach in Cotijuba, Brazil when he encountered an old and weathered fisherman. Pastor Jeu approached the man and began a friendly conversation with him. The fisherman’s name was Jorge, and after getting to know him a bit, Pastor Jeu asked Jorge if he would be interested in studying God’s Word with him. Jorge’s answer had two parts.

Friday, January 13, 2017 – The Encompass email server crashed this past weekend, leaving all "@encompassworld.org" email addresses inoperable. We've been working with our IT partners all week to resolve the situation, but it will be a bit longer until everything is resolved.


Maybe it’s a little late to still be looking back at 2016, but we have been so amazed by God this last year that we want to revisit some of the great stories of His work among the nations and the great lessons He taught us!
