Breaking News: July 2012

This spring, the Bible Institutes in Batangafo and Bossangoa saw 11 students graduate, many through assistance from the Timothy Project. All will now return to pastor churches in their home villages. Praise God for providing these churches with leaders! 

Sam and Tracey Schwartz are transitioning to Lisbon, Portugal after 10 years in the city of Porto. Pray for all the details of such a big transition, and for their work with National Ministry Partners Alfredo and Rita Abreu. Also, praise God with the Schwartz family for the salvation of a man with whom they’ve been working for over 5 years!


Asia rejoices with Rey and Alma Paz and the church they have planted in Ilocos Norte, Philippines! Pray as they finish the building, train up leaders, and plant another church in a different area. The church is also developing a feeding ministry for poor children in the city of Batac. We praise the Lord for these faithful National Ministry Partners.

Please pray for the emerging national missions in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. May God give us at Encompass wisdom as we seek ways to partner in ministry with them. Currently, Latin American missionaries are serving all over the American Continent as well as in Africa. Ask the Lord to raise up more workers to go to unreached people groups!
