Friday, 20 February 2009 02:27

The Warsaw, Indiana newspaper reports that Amanda Justiniano, (daughter of Ralph and Joan Justiniano, GBIM staff in Japan), was honored at Grace College for being on the dean's list. That means a 3.9 gpa in a semester or cumulative 3.3. Surely her parents’ smile can be seen all the way from Japan. Way to go, Amanda. Your GBIM family is happy for you!

Opening of the hospital in Gadjibian, Chad
Wednesday, 18 February 2009 01:43

Though it has taken some time to get the story and pictures together, GBIM is pleased to announce the opening of the hospital in Gadjibian, Chad on December 9, 2008. Several years ago GBIM began the building of this hospital in Gadjibian, a village approximately 100km south of Moundou, (where the main Chad GBIM mission base is located), central to many bush congregations. In July 2008, after two years of delays, the container with the necessary medical equipment arrived in Chad. Finally the work could continue.
