The Tournus, France city choir, The Baladins, the "strolling singers", is a 60+ member group which is strolling the streets of the US through May 6 with concerts scheduled in 5 Grace Brethren Churches: (Hope Grace Brethren in Dillsburg PA, Penn Valley Grace Brethren in Telford PA, Frederick Grace Brethren in Frederick MD, a joint Maranatha and Valley Grace Brethren Churches concert in Hagerstown, MD and Martinsburg Grace Brethren Church in Martinsburg PA.) The Baladins have sung together for more than 30 years.
Dave and sue Griffith helped to organize the trip and are accompanying the singers as they not only visit churches but also New York City, Philadelphia and Washington DC. The warm welcome given to this group and the gift of Christian hospitality will go a long way toward opening hearts.
Pray for the ongoing results of this visit in the hearts of both US churches and the visiting choir.
