Recently we posted news that Abel had been commissioned as Porto Portugal GBC's missionary to St. James Way pilgrims. Abel's father offered the use a workshop-type building for the purpose of hosting groups of pilgrims overnight. This opens up the opportunity of showing forth the love of Jesus and often opens avenues for sharing the gospel in the process.
A work crew from Grace Polaris Church, Columbus, Ohio helped to bring this little workshop into the ministry! Dan & Nancy Green, Jeff Shaw, and Elden Deskins worked on the project, with construction skill and a week of hard labor. They succeeded in constructing two bathrooms and prepared a room where 10 bunk beds will be placed to sleep 20 pilgrims a night.
Please pray for funding to complete the project, and also for the donation of 10 bunks and 20 mattresses.
Please contact Sam Schwartz if you are interested in financially participating in this exiting project.
