Ponder this perspective!  The single-greatest un-tapped resource for accelerating the Great Commission among the nations is the people sitting in U.S. churches!

Why?  One reason is that God is still fulfilling Acts 17:26-27 by bringing the people groups of the world into our communities.  Also, there are the sheer numbers in our churches who have been blessed to be a blessing to the nations.

That is why mobilizing churches to be on mission is a critical dynamic of the Great Commission.

There are six conceptual seeds that are essential for a church to be engaged in the process of calling the Bride of Christ from the nations–locally and globally.
1. Worship is the fuel and goal of missions.
2. God loves the nations.
3. We’re all called to work God’s fields. (Go!)
4. Missions is spiritual warfare. (Pray!)
5. We’re blessed to be a blessing. (Give!)
6. It takes Spirit-empowered teamwork to finish the task. (Send!)

Intercede…

Ask God to open the eyes of churches to see what they would look like if every man, woman, and child intentionally lived their lives on mission through going, praying, giving and sending.

Rejoice

Many churches are reaching out to the nations by helping them learn English through ESL.

Fast Facts

  • Mobilization has nothing to do with the numerical size of a church.  It’s all about the size of vision for the nations!
  • Many churches are engaged with Encompass World Partners through Mobilizing the Mobilizers. If your church is interested in implementing the six seeds of mobilization through this process called Mobilizing the Mobilizers, contact Jay Bell or Ed Trenner.

Kids Prayer Request...

Ask God to help you listen when your friends talk about their lives. When you hear them talk about hurts and frustrations, ask God to give you the right words to tell them God wants to be their friend (Eph. 6:19).
