Following the Holy Spirit’s guidance is at the heart of leadership at Encompass World Partners. Our Global Leadership Team (GLT) is entrusted with this responsibility as it sets vision, strategies, and goals for Great Commission work. The team is made up of the executive director and the four regional directors who have made a covenant to work together to guide our ministry
- Pray our Global Leadership Team will fulfill its commitment to lead with humility, integrity and unity, and will follow God’s direction in reaching the world for Him.
- Pray God will raise up the next generation of workers for the world’s harvest fields. Pray that each regional director will be able to identify and mentor his successor.
- Pray for protection and care over our Global Leadership Team and their families as these men travel widely and carry heavy responsibilities.
Praise God for the people He has brought together on the GLT and for the gifts He has given them as they serve our missionaries around the world.
Our mission is to mobilize, equip, deploy, and nurture multinational teams of disciple-makers who live and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ through engaging in sacrificial service, intentional evangelism, and whole-life discipleship, resulting in the creation of healthy spiritual communities (churches).
